With recent storms your home or property may have suffered damage. Did you know that under Tennessee State law you may be eligible for relief?

The law (TCA 67-5-603) says that if your property is more than 50% damaged and will not be repaired prior to September 1st of that tax year your property assessor may make adjustments to the value of your property. This change will reduce the taxes you are required to pay.
