The Tennessee Highway Patrol is investigating an accident that occurred early Monday morning on I-24 at mile marker 90, which is near Epps Mill Road. It was a single vehicle crash, which closed interstate traffic while a medical helicopter landed. There were injuries but not many details on the crash at this point.
