Two children were injured during a baseball clinic at Siegel Middle School on Saturday. Rutherford County Schools spokesperson James Evans stated, "We had two middle school students who collided with each other during a clinic today at Siegel Middle. One was life flighted to Vanderbilt for further observation." Life Flight Helicopter landed at the school after being called to the scene by paramedics.

Names and conditions of the children have not been released.
