Murfreesboro Police report that as the Vice and Gang Unit arrived with a warrant in hand at 1006 Old Lascassas Pike, Delpriore was leaving. Officers quickly pulled him over and took him into custody. The man was transported back to his residence where they located a "yellowish cookie material" inside a refrigerator which tested positive for marijuana. Marijuana "Dabs" were also found. Dabs are concentrated doses of cannabis that are made by extracting THC and other cannabinoids using a solvent like butane. The so called Dabs are smoked in a Hookah or similar device.

Police also confiscated MDMA or "Molly." MDMA is an illegal drug that acts as both a stimulant and psychedelic, producing an energizing effect, as well as distortions in time and perception. Some of the downsides to using Molly include kidney and heart failure, a marked rise in body temperature, an arrhythmia (an irregular heartbeat), seizures or a loss of consciousness.

As the search continued, police noted that they located digital scales, bongs and marijuana grinders. Over $800 in cash was also seized from the address.

Delpriore will also face a charge for maintaining a dwelling for the use or purpose of manufacturing or selling drugs and three felony charges for having drugs in a school zone.
