A total of three rapes were reported over the past 4 days in the city limits of Murfreesboro. In the three cases that are under investigation at this time, the victims were said to be 19, 20 and 38-years old age.

The circumstances of all three alleged incidents were totally different. One woman accused her father of rape and suggested the attacks had been occurring for the past three years. Another victim said she passed out after a few drinks at a bar near MTSU and later awoke with an unknown man in her bed. In the third incident, the victim told detectives she was raped at the Murfreesboro Motel.

All three cases are under investigation and at this point, no charges have been filed. The cases are not believed to be related.
