A 33 year old Franklin, Tennessee man was found dead in his car in Murfreesboro. The subject was parked in the Bonefish Grill parking lot on Thompson Lane around 7:00, Wednesday night.

Another motorist who parked next to the victim's car told police that he noticed the man sitting in the running vehicle next to him was not moving. Minutes later, the motorist opened the victim's car door and tried to wake him. Seconds went by before he called 9-1-1.

When police and paramedics arrived, the man was declared dead.

Police reported that the man had a syringe in his lap when he was found along with a hose around his right arm.

The case is under investigation by Murfreesboro Police.
