Murfreesboro police were surprised when a child porn suspect turned himself in on Thursday (1/24/2013).
55-year old Leslie Foster reportedly pled guilty to ten counts of sexual exploitation of a minor, and allegedly agreed to an 18-year sentence. In exchange, he wants to be able to visit his mother, who has cancer.
The Murfreesboro man is not behind bars, and has reached a temporary agreement for supervised probation. A GPS ankle transmitter has been locked to his leg, and officials are able to instantly track his every move.
The Tennessee Bureau of Ivestigation confiscated computers in his home, and are going through the hard drives to determine how many may have been victimized.
