A 32 year old Murfreesboro man has been charged for the 5th time with "Driving on a Revoked License."

Eddie Marcum was pulled over during a traffic stop when he allegedly failed to obey a traffic sign on Kings Highway. While stopped, it was learned that Marcum had an outstanding warrant for his arrest in nearby Bedford County. It was also confirmed that his license was revoked with four prior run-in's with the law.

A small amount of marijuana was also found to be in Marcum's possession along with drug paraphernalia.

Marcum was booked in the local jail. He is due in court this April.
