On January 8, 2018 an arrest warrant was filed against Jewell Daniel Frame age 71 of Suits Me Lane in Manchester, Tennessee. The warrant stated that Frame on multiple occasions engaged in unlawful sexual activity with a victim that was approximately age 5 in 2004 and continued until the female victim was approximately age 12 in 2011.

Frame was charged by Coffee County Deputy Brandon Reed with Rape of a Child.

Just last week in Coffee County Court, Frame pled guilty in a plea deal that will send him to prison for 40 years. Keep in mind he is currently 71 years of age. In other words, the sentence will end when he is 111 years old, should he live that long.
