A neighbor came over while police were investigating and told them "his friend is at my house and came in with several things that didn't belong to him."

That sent police to the Lascassas Pike apartment, where they found Lowe and several of the items reported stolen. He was arrested and bond was set at 12-thousand dollars.

Meanwhile, 57-year old Jennifer Dunn walked up to the Lascassas Pike apartment while police were investigating the burglary. An officer noticed something in her hand, which was reportedly thrown off the balcony.

A crack pipe was found and Dunn was arrested. A search of her vehicle also turned up another crack pipe. She's facing charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and tampering with evidence. Bond was set at five-thousand dollars.
