Alan Farley at the Rutherford County Election Commission is our WGNS / Rion Flower Shop - Good Neighbor of the Day today. Farley helped to coordinate this community's largest election turnout in our history. He also worked to make it easier to register to vote. Today, Alan Farley will receive flowers from Rion Flowers and Gifts in Murfreesboro.
