The Heart Ball is nearing in Murfreesboro. The black-tie event will benefit the American Heart Association/American Stroke Association on February 10th at the Embassy Suites Hotel and Conference Center.

For more than 44 years, the Heart Gala has supported the American Heart Association/American Stroke Association's mission of building healthier lives free of cardiovascular diseases and stroke, the number one and number five killers of all Americans.

As a result of the funding made available by the Heart Ball, more parents watched their children graduate from high school, more grandparents have been able to spoil their grandchildren and fewer children have lost their lives to congenital heart defects.

Rutherford County American Heart Association's Regional Director Bailey Read said there are things you can do to lessen your chance of having heart complications.



The Heart Ball will be at Embassy Suites Hotel and Conference Center on February 10th from 6pm to midnight. LIVE entertainment with the music of Guilty Pleasures will play hits from the late 70's to early 90's.
