Anonymous Tip Leads to Three Arrest

After Murfreesboro Police received an anonymous tip of a suspicious vehicle this past weekend, they arrested two men and a woman on drug and unlawful possession of a weapon charges.

Officers spotted the vehicle occupied by three subjects on Benley Street and pulled in to speak with the culprits. One of two police officers said they could smell marijuana as they approached the vehicle. Rear passenger Julius Marable was allegedly smoking a blunt when the officer walked near the car. Marable was also said to of had a digital scale hidden in his underwear.

Police found four ounces of marijuana and $1,500 in cash in the car and arrested all three of the suspects. 21-year old Julius D. Marable was charged with the distribution of a schedule six drug, unlawful possession of a weapon and possession of drug paraphernalia. 30-Year old Gabriel Bogle was charged with possession of a schedule six drug and a schedule four drug. He was also charged with the unlawful possession of a weapon. 25-Year old Amber E. Fahey was charged with the unlawful possession of a weapon. All three will appear in court this April.
