Another Story about Fraudulent Lottery Ticket Sales and Thefts in Murfreesboro

For the second time in as little as one month, another gas station has stumbled upon lottery ticket sales fraud. The Pilot Truck Stop on South Church Street in Murfreesboro is the victim in this case and reports that WGNS obtained on Thursday show that the store was shorted $5,000 on lottery ticket sales.

A store employee is accused of falsifying lottery ticket winnings and collecting $10,000 from the cash register. The suspect has yet to be apprehended, but police know her name and address.
