A man who is said to have a lengthy history of making fraudulent returns to Walmart stores in Middle Tennessee allegedly continued the history by making such a return in Murfreesboro.

According to loss prevention workers at the Walmart on Old Fort Parkway, suspect Christopher Hayes of Antioch entered the store and grabbed a Ninja brand blender off the store shelf. He then headed to the customer service desk and reportedly returned the freshly stolen blender. After getting the refund, he left.

A police officer wrote in a Murfreesboro incident report, "Mr. Hayes has a lengthy history with fraudulent refunds at various Walmart locations." However, he has not yet been captured.

Hayes is believed to reside in Antioch.
