A 20-year old College Grove Apartments man says three armed men robbed him, taking guns and cash. Murfreesboro Police report the incident happened around 6:30 Tuesday night.

The victim reports just getting home from work when there was a knock at the door. That's when three males forced their way in, one with a black handgun, which was pointed at his forehead. While he was pushed to the couch, the others went through the home and took a pump shotgun and a bolt action rifle from the closet. They then demanded cash, which was about three-to-four hundred dollars.

The victim told police that's when the suspects left the apartment, but he didn't see which direction they went after leaving the apartment.

One of the suspects is described as about 25-years old with facial acne, about six-feet tall and wearing a red shirt and black windbreaker pants. Another was about 5-6, black with short cut hair and wearing all black. He was the one reportedly holding the gun. The last suspect is described as 5-6, black with a thin mustache and wearing all black with shoulder length dreads. All of the suspects are described as being young.

If you have any information on the armed robbery, you're urged to call Crime Stoppers at 615-893-STOP. If the information you give police anonymously leads to an arrest, you could receive a cash reward of up to one-thousand dollars.
