Arrest After Alleged Drug Manufacturing in Local Motel

A 30-year old Murfreesboro man has been arrested by local police after receiving an anonymous call saying drugs were being manufactured and sold out of the Regal Inn on South Church Street.

Rocky Dority is facing several charges related to the manufacture, sale and distribution of drugs.

After an investigation, officers recovered .50g of crystal meth, .83g of heroin, a small viloe of Naloxone along with other drug paraphernalia.

A woman, who was visiting, was also arrested. Thirty-two year old Sherry Johnson of Smyrna, had an active warrant for violation of probation.

Dority's bond was set at 14-thousand dollars and he will be in court on October 4th.
