The YMCA "ABC" program, which is also called the After Breast Cancer program, provides comprehensive nutrition, exercise and wellness services free of charge to breast cancer patients and survivors. Costs of the program are covered by fundraisers like the upcoming Heroes in Heels fashion show that will be held at New Vision Baptist Church on October 2, 2014.

The Heroes in Heels fashion show will take place from 6 to 8 on Thursday evening, October 2, 2014. For more information call Breast Cancer survivor Melanie Cavender at 895-5995 (ext. 71228).
