The alleged beer thief was caught, but not arrested. George Lee was issued a citation and told not to come back to the Kroger Store on Lascassas Pike this past Sunday after allegedly stealing a large number of brews. Lee is accused of filling a shopping cart with 120-cans of beer and walking out of the store. In case you’re trying to do the math, that’s ten 12-packs of beer… Bud Light beer to be specific. The man was caught as he was leaving the store. 

The theft was valued at less than $500, therefore a simple citation for theft under $500 was issued. Lee was trespassed from the store on Lascassas Pike, which means he cannot return for grocery shopping in the foreseeable future.
