Andrew Rogan scored 20 in the game. The Blaze will play Brentwood Friday morning at 10am. Blackman is the first team since the 1942 Central Tigers to defeat a Memphis team in the boys state tournament. The winner of Friday's game advances to the championship game of the Blue Cross Basketball Championships. The last Murfreesboro team to get there was the 1984 Oakland Patriots. WGNS State Farm coverage of the boys semifinals will begin at 9:45 Friday morning with Bryan Barrett and Jon Dinkins.
