"Blue Book" Goes Digital

You may remember the Tennessee Blue Book, which was a directory of the General Assembly, their contact information and more. That concept has now hit the digital world. A new mobile app has been created for the 108th General Assembly. It's available for Apple and Android devices for $4.99 in the app store. Developed by the Tennessee Electric Cooperative and Bass Berry and Sims PLC, the app is designed to give citizens the ability to monitor what's going on at the state capitol and serve as a reference, like the Blue Book.
