Former Congressman Bob Clement tells about his new book PRESIDENTS, KINGS & CONVICTS. He will be at Barnes and Noble in the Avenue of Murfreesboro at 1:00 o'clock this afternoon (Saturday, 12/3/2016).

Bob is the son of the late Frank G. Clement (D), who served as governor of Tennessee for 10-years (from 1953-1958 and again 1963-1967).

Bob Clement and radio host Bart also talk about their days when they were friends in high school (Hillsboro, class of 1962), and how living in the governor's residence impacted Bob's life. For example, he tells how one day his father brought Elvis Presley home for dinner, and how he has had the opportunity to meet every United States president from Harry Truman through Barrack Obama. Bob also shares personal stories about Rev. Billy Graham and many others.

Bob has served as Tennessee's public service commissioner, TVA director, college president, and US congressman. He gives encouraging words as to how each career change, although sometimes difficult, made him a better person. Clement's thoughts will help those who are feeling today's changing times.
