A 24 year old Bradyville Pike man was arrested for active warrants and found inside a closet in the fetal position.

Murfreesboro Police Officer Jeremy Fox reports Patrick Seamus was located at his apartment in the 800 block of Bradyville Pike Saturday just before 10pm.

Once inside the apartment, Seamus had to be forcibly removed from the closet and was arrested.

Warrants and new charges were for criminal impersonation, simple possession of a schedule two drug, assault of an officer, possession of drug paraphernalia, resisting stop, frisk, halt, search interference and evading arrest. Seamus will be in court September 29th.
