WGNS station managment and Dickey Broadcasting have agreed to a multi-year contract extension, which will keep the Braves on the radio here in Rutherford County through at least 2018. This comes after the Braves and Dickey Broadcasting announced a similar five-year contract extension. They've been the radio rightsholder since 2010. Veteran Braves broadcasters, Don Sutton and Jim Powell were also signed to multi-year contract extensions.
