MURFREESBORO - Construction on the Broad and Memorial/Old Fort Parkway bridge construction is quickly moving forward, and the connector road to the new roundabout to College and Lytle is progressing. 

The land where the used car lot once stood is being prepared for the new road (photo above).  

Approximately 2 3/4-Years To Go

The Tennessee Department of Transportation began the construction during the first quarter of this year, and they forecast it should be finished in 3-years. Motorists have been excising patience in the area, as well as using their "alternate routes".
