Bridgestone Americas, Inc. (Bridgestone) today announced the company is the recipient of a Subaru Quality-Delivery-Partnership Award. This achievement recognizes the outstanding quality of Bridgestone original equipment tires supplied for the Subaru Outback and Subaru Impreza vehicles.

"This award is a testament to our longstanding partnership with Subaru and the ongoing commitment of all of our teammates to meet the needs of our customers," said Mike Martini, president, original equipment tire sales, U.S. and Canada, Bridgestone Americas Tire Operations. "We are honored to be recognized for our dedication to maintaining the highest levels of quality, while supporting the growth and expanded volume of vehicles produced at Subaru's manufacturing facility in Indiana."

Bridgestone was one of only 22 suppliers recognized by Subaru, and the company was the only tire manufacturer to receive the prestigious Quality-Delivery-Partnership Award. Jamie Young, senior quality engineer, and Mike Filipek, original equipment (OE) account manager, accepted the award on behalf of Bridgestone at the awards ceremony in downtown Indianapolis.

Bridgestone has been a strategic original equipment tire partner to Subaru for more than 25 years. The company has worked collaboratively to engineer innovative tire solutions for Subaru's full range of passenger vehicles.
