Twice before in the last two years, Riverdale baseball has had to fight back through the losers' bracket in Spring Fling. This year will make it three as they dropped a 10-to-1 decision to Ravenwood Tuesday. The Raptors got up 4-nothing early in the game and added on another six runs in the fifth inning to snap the Warriors' 14 game win streak. They left eight runs on and only scored one run on eight hits. Riverdale will play Cookeville at 10am this (Wednesday) morning in an elimination game. WGNS coverage will begin at 9:50 with Jon Dinkins and Bryan Barrett. The winner will play at 6pm tonight, the loser's season will be over.
