Calling all restaurants: applications are now being accepted to participate in the popular Taste of Hope (formerly Taste of Stones River).

On Saturday, September 6th, The Avenue Murfreesboro will host the annual Taste of Hope to benefit the Primary Care and Hope Clinic. The culinary festival will feature signature menu items from the area’s finest restaurants, live entertainment, and a variety of children’s activities in the Kids Fun Zone.

“Taste of Hope offers restaurants an amazing opportunity to promote their business to thousands of local residents, while supporting Primary Care and Hope Clinic’s mission of providing quality, affordable health services to the uninsured and underserved,” said Cindy Rhea, Primary Care and Hope Clinic’s Director of Development.   “This year, we are also planning a promotion in the weeks leading up to the event where diners at participating restaurants can receive a coupon for free sampling tickets,” said Rhea.

All proceeds benefit the Primary Care and Hope Clinic, a non-profit community health center that provides quality, affordable family health services for medically uninsured, underserved, Medicare and TennCare families in Rutherford County and the surrounding area.  To learn more visit www.hopeclnc.org

Event admission is free.  Sampling tickets are fifty cents each and Kids Fun Zone passes are $6.00, both can be purchased the day of the event.
