A 60-year old Candlewick Court man has been charged with rape and domestic assault.

Murfreesboro Police Detective James Thomas reports being called to a disturbance on September 27th where a woman told him she was raped by her roommate, who was identified as William Epps.

Thomas reports both parties were taken to the police headquarters for questioning. Another woman also gave the detective corroborating statements regarding the incident.

Epps will be in General Sessions Court November 8th to answer to the charges.
