A 27-year old Chapel Hill man was recently arrested in Murfreesboro on various charges, including indecent exposure. Authorities report Christopher Schnapp was seen urinating toward the street on West Main. When approached by an officer, he ran. Schnapp was caught at Walnut and West Main. It was then the officer noticed a smell of alcohol, slurred speech and bloodshot eyes. He was arrested and jailed on two-thousand dollars bond. Schnapp will be in General Sessions Court on December 2nd on charges of indecent exposure, public intoxication and evading arrest.
