Murfreesboro Police Chief Glenn Chrisman says it's one of his favorite Murfreesboro Christmas traditions. We're talking about the Child Advocacy Center Holiday Open House. The event is hosted every year by the Child Advocacy Center Board of Directors and staff. This year the Open House was held at lunch time on Friday, December 5th.

The 15th annual open house honored the members of the Child Protective Investigative Team. Child Advocacy Center Director Sharon De Boer says they work their hearts out every day protecting Rutherford and Cannon County child abuse victims. She adds the Holiday Open House is a way to show the Child Protective Investigative Team and all of the Child Advocacy Center's many supporters how much they're appreciated.
