Commissioner Speaks Out on Keeping Party Out of Races

The Rutherford County Commission's Steering, Legislative and Governmental Committee will meet Wednesday to discuss keeping commission elections bipartisan. Commissioner Jeff Jordan is leading the way in this effort. Jordan plans to voice his concerns about the the county's Republican Party holding primaries for 2014 commission candidates. The meeting is at 5:30 Wednesday night in the second floor of the Rutherford County Courthouse. Jordan will be Truman Jones guest on the Truman Show Wednesday morning at 9am.
