Big news for the downtown Murfreesboro square area... The old First Methodist Church block will eventually be developed into condominiums, retail and office space.

You may recall, the City of Murfreesboro purchased the entire city block that is currently used by Franklin Synergy Bank. The bank is currently building a new office in the Gateway area.
