Oakland High School's Kaitlin Taylor placed 3rd at the National FFA Convention for the Agriscience Fair, Division 3, in the Animal Systems category. Kaitlin won the Tennessee Agriscience this past spring at state convention in Gatlinburg.

Oakland FFA members attending the 90th National FFA Convention along side over 60,000 FFA members from across the nation. Members participated in sessions, career shows and were able to hear keynote speakers including Laila Ali.
