Murfreesboro Police are investigating a case of counterfeit money. A white female tried to pass two fake 20-dollar bills around 3:15 Tuesday afternoon at the Walgreens on Mercury. When the clerk asked for ID, the woman said she didn't have it and left. The store's surveillance video was given to Murfreesboro Police detectives.
