The parking garage near the site of the under construction Judicial building is open. Despite some traffic detours still in the area of Maple and Lytle Streets, there are cars parked inside the structure and construction barrels in front of entrances removed.

The parking structure is part of the 73-million dollar Judicial building complex. County Mayor Ernest Burgess tells NewsRadio WGNS that building is still on schedule for a May 1st, 2018 opening:

Demolition of existing structures on the properties began October of 2015. The parking facility was built with possible future expansion of up to 200 more spaces.
