Deadline for Christmas Parade Near…Sing-A-Long With Santa Coming!

Rurtherford County Christmas Parade Deadline 5PM Monday, November 30th

Ho, Ho, Ho—it’s getting closer. The Rutherford County Christmas Parade will be at 1:00 o’clock Sunday afternoon, December 13th. Even closer is the deadline to enter the parade. That’s at 5:00 o’clock Monday afternoon, November 30th. Wow, that’s about three weeks away. Entry forms are on-line at www.WGNSradio.com. Look on the right column for the “snowman” and CHRISTMAS PARADE FORMS. Once again, the local parade will start early to allow plenty of time for Lady Raider fans to see Santa as well as the game. Plus, the early start enables the parade to be finished before dark. Again, entries for the Rutherford County Christmas Parade must be at WGNS Radio before 5:00 o’clock Monday afternoon, November 30th. The radio station is at 306 South Church Street, next to the Murfreesboro Police Department.

Santa Sing-A-Long

And a Santa sing-a-long is set two days before the deadline to enter the parade. That’s Saturday, November 28th. However, if you miss the first chance to hear the jolly man in red bellow a Yuletide favorite, there will be an encore performance the follow Saturday, December 5th. Both are at 2:00 in the afternoon at the Canon County Center for the Arts at 1424 John Bragg Highway in Woodbury.
