The Dodge’s Store on NW Broad Street was robbed on Thursday morning. The clerk told police a man entered the business and asked if an employee named “Trish” still worked at the store. The man then asked for change. When the clerk opened the cash register, the unknown man reached over the counter and helped himself to about $200.

The store clerk called the police after the suspect fled the scene. The culprit was described as a white male in his early 20’s with brown hair and clean shaven. The man may have been in a 2001 Buick that was silver in color. The license plate on the Buick returned to an address in Nashville. Police are investigating.
