Cynosport (pronounced see-no-sport) features dogs of all shapes, sizes, colors and breeds running nose-to-nose for the chance to be crowned the Grand Prix of Dog Agility World Champion!

This is the second time the event has been held in Murfreesboro. In 2013, the United States Dog Agility Association selected Tennessee Miller Coliseum as the facility of choice to host the event with over $1 million pumped into Rutherford County during that week.

Spectators, competitors, hoteliers, restaurant owners, event and facility staff thoroughly enjoyed the event two years ago. It was only natural to bring the event back in 2015 to create another positive experience for everyone.

Cynosport is also the ultimate family event. You and your dog are invited to come watch the action in person, shop at the many unique pet vendors on hand and participate in a variety of other dog sports being showcased.

Lure coursing, dock diving and an Intro to Agility will be offered for Tennesseans and their dogs to get some "paws-on" experience in these canine activities. (Please, for everyone's safety, dogs must be on leashes no longer than six feet.)

Studies show these types of activities create strong bonds between dogs and their owners resulting in well-behaved dogs both inside and outside the home. USDAA is dedicated to promoting the sport of dog agility as a recreational, family sport that fosters responsible pet ownership.

Make time in your schedule to experience this fun, exciting, family-friendly event since it moves to Arizona in 2016.
