Court documents filed in federal court last week allege Arnold punched, pinned down and dragged his wife Megan with a belt during an incident at their home on Labor Day. Megan Arnold reportedly told a TBI special agent last week of the incident but she refused to sign the document. The sheriff himself also told his probation officer that nothing happened, only later, when asked again, to say they had an argument but nothing physical happened.
