For a 7th time a Murfreesboro man has been charged with "Driving on a Revoked License." 29-Year old Joshua D. Smith was pulled over on South East Broad Street after he allegedly drove through a parking lot to avoid a traffic signal, according to an arrest report. When police stopped Smith, officers were advised through dispatch that he had two active warrants for his arrest for violating his probation. He was also driving on a revoked license... for a 7th time.

Smith has been scheduled to appear in court on March 2, 2015. He is currently being held under a $24,000 bond.
