Drug Raids On Two Fisk Drive Homes In La Vergne

La Vergne Police made dual drug raids on two Fisk Drive homes Thursday night (3/10/2016).

The La Vergne SWAT team along with assistance from the Rutherford County Sheriffs' FAST team rushed into 126 and 129 Fisk Drive, gathered evidence and cuffed two persons

LPD's John Fesmire told NewsRadio WGNS, "The warrants issued were a result of investigations into persistent and rampant drug activity at both addresses."

Records show that both of the homes have been raided at least twice since 2011. Plus, the house at 129 Fisk Drive was most recently raided on March 2nd.

Aaron and Viven Shannon were arrested and charged with selling schedules 2, 4, & 6 narcotics, possession of drug paraphernalia, and maintaining a dwelling for the purpose of selling narcotics.

The charges stemming from the March 2nd arrest were possession of a schedule 2 narcotic, criminal conspiracy to distribute a schedule 2 narcotic, possession of paraphernalia, and an additional charge of destruction of evidence on Aaron Shannon.

Fesmire notes that historically, earlier Fisk Drive raids produced hydrocodone, morphine, oxycodone, xanax, fentanyl, dilaudid, soma, and marijuana as well as firearms, drug paraphernalia, & drug generated cash.

There have also been multiple arrests of drug clients coming from these homes with the offenses including DUIs, weapons offenses, drug offenses,
driving offenses, active warrants, and police pursuits.

At the time of Thursday night's raids, three children were present at 126 Fisk Drive. The ages were 3, 8, & 11.
