The wreck victim told police he was waiting to merge onto Old Fort Parkway when he was rear ended, reportedly by Miller's car. Miller reportedly told the victim she had to go to work and left the scene, despite there being damage to both cars. The tag numbers were aquired and a make and model of the car by the victim.

Murfreesboro Police tracked down the vehicle at the Motel 6 on Chaffin Place. It turns out that Miller works at the motel. She was given a field sobriety test and after failing it, was placed under arrest.

Miller also faces a charge of leaving the scene of an accident. She was jailed on 85-hundred dollars bond and will be in General Sessions Court March 8th to answer to the charges.
