City Traffic Engineer Ram Balachandran warns motorists of an emergency road project that will create lane closures on Middle Tennessee Boulevard at Greenland Drive Friday morning from 9:00 o'clock until around noon. 

He said that AT&T crews will be working on Middle Tennessee Blvd just south of Greenland Drive. Southbound approach on Middle Tennessee Blvd at Greenland Drive will be reduced to one lane. Northbound approach will not be affected. Appropriate traffic controls will be in place.
