The former Titans Cheerleader who was arrested for allegedly sexually assaulting a 12-year old boy in Murfreesboro has been re-arrested and charged with violating her probation. 42-Year old Elizabeth Leigh Garner was previously sentenced to spend 18-months on probation, but reportedly tested positive for an opium-derivative prescription drug earlier this month.

Garner was arrested on Thursday and later released Thursday afternoon at 2:30 after posting a $50,000 bond. Her charge was “Violation of Probation,” according to the Rutherford County Sheriff’s Office. She will have to appear before the courts in Rutherford County on January 16, 2014.

In March WGNS reported that the 12-year old victim told detectives that Garner approached him in the middle of the night as he headed into the bathroom. The teen says that Garner molested him. Garner apparently suggested the incident was a case of mistaken identity. The arrest report states, “Ms. Garner was advised of her Miranda rights and stated that she was drunk that evening and that she got the boy “confused” with a man that was there at the residence.”

Garner was last a cheerleader for the Titans in 2008.
