Murfreesboro Police were called to the probation office on Old Fort Parkway Monday to search a car belonging to a man who is currently on probation. Once on the scene police met with the subjects' probation officer and learned that the suspect may have a credit card machine in his vehicle.

Upon searching the car, officers found not only a credit card machine, but also a fake male... Well, you get the idea. The rubber male anatomy is evidently what police describe as a "Drug Test Defeat Device," according to the police report.

Some websites sell the device which allows the user to fill it with urine that is clear of drugs and then squeeze the urine out when you are required to take the drug test, which is illegal.

The suspect was charged with "Falsification of a Drug Screen" and both the male anatomy and the credit card machine were seized as evidence.
