Farmers Market is OPEN this week in Murfreesboro - Free Classes Offered

The Rutherford County Farmers' Market is open Tuesdays and Fridays from 7 a.m. to noon at the Lane Agri-Park Community Center, 315 John R. Rice Blvd, Murfreesboro. As always, it is a producer only market.

Here are the free weekly classes at the Farmer's Market for the upcoming week:

May 26th

"Seasonal Eating: Egg Cookery" is the topic on Tuesday, May 26. The class is presented by Extension Agent Carla Bush. Get EGGucation about the amazing versatile egg. This Rutherford County Farmer's Market class is free and begins at 9 a.m. in the Lane Agri-Park Community Center, located at 315 John R. Rice Blvd.

May 29

On Friday, May 29, the topic is "All Brown Patches are NOT Brown Patches," and this class starts at 9 a.m. as well. It will be given by Extension Agent Mitchell Mote. This will be a discussion on common lawn problems. This Rutherford County Farmer's Market class is free and begins at 9 a.m. in the Lane Agri-Park Community Center, located at 315 John R. Rice Blvd.
