Fatal Hit and Run Motorcycle Accident in Shelbyville Tied to Murfreesboro (Updated Photos)

An SUV that was allegedly involved in a fatal hit and run accident that left a motorcycle rider dead in Shelbyville this past Saturday was recovered in Murfreesboro. The large black and gold SUV was found by a Rutherford County Sheriff’s Deputy in the Southridge Subdivision off of Player Drive.  

On Wednesday, the 1999 Chevrolet Suburban was transported to the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation Lab in Nashville along with the Harley Davidson Sportster that was hit by the SUV.

41-Year old David Dwight Brown from Bedford County was killed in the accident when witnesses say he was struck by the Suburban on Union Street in Shelbyville. The question that remains now is, who was driving the SUV? So far, no arrests have been made.
