Segment #2: Dr. Mary Evins, an associate research professor at MTSU's University Honors College and coordinator for MTSU's American Democracy Project, and Deborah Fisher, director of the John Seigenthaler Chair of Excellence in First Amendment Studies at MTSU. The 230th anniversary of the signing of the Constitution was yesterday (Sunday, Sept. 17, 2017). MTSU's 2017 Constitution Day Celebration will be from 2:30-4:00PM Wednesday, Sept. 20, 2017, in the Tennessee Room at the James Union Building. Judges Panel, and more. It is free and open to the public.
