It's gonna get cold. The front bringing rain today along with gusty winds will leave a Canadian high pressure in its wake. That, plus calm winds and clear skies Tuesday night will dip temperatures to the mid-and-upper 20's in Rutherford County. For that reason, the National Weather Service has issued a Freeze Watch as temperatures would result in a hard, killing freeze across the mid-state.
